Includes photo transfers, acrylic, color pencil, ephemera, and dried pressed leaves on cradled wood panel. "Gathering Blessings" depicts a bird's nest with three acorns inside it. The acorns are surrounded by the twigs and grass that make up the nest. A couple of green leaves are also visible in and around the nest, adding a touch of color to the scene. The nest is centered on a white square that contrasts with the textured and rough orange-tinted background that surrounds it. The edges of the white square fray softly into the larger background, giving the artwork a rustic and natural feel.
